Ordering & Shipping Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Paypal. After ordering you will receive an emailed receipt and your order will ship out within one to four weeks unless otherwise noted in the product’s description. You will receive a second email with tracking information when your order ships.

Checkout is faster if you have a customer account
Create an account by clicking here and make sure that your shipping and billing information are already on file so that you don’t have to manually enter them at checkout.

Shipping
We offer free shipping in the United States and use DHL internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your country.

If we are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed by your local post office upon delivery. We will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees. DHL is quite fast, but delivery times to international destinations may vary. Packages may occasionally be held in customs, creating an extra delay.

Tracking packages
When we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link which you can use to track your package.

Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items
In case of damage, keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email alex@alexgross.com to let us know about any damage ASAP. Please include pictures. We’ll contact you with the next steps. Please be careful when unpacking your order. We are not responsible for damage occurring during unpacking. Prints are rolled up, and it is a two person job to unroll them.
