Limited edition print Information

Artist and Printer proofs are sometimes available for sold out editions. Please use the contact page to inquire about available proofs. Please indicate the edition or editions in which you are interested.

Artist proofs are identical to regular edition prints, but they are numbered with AP before the number, and there are typically only a small number of APs made for any edition. Printer proofs are only occasionally made in small number, and are numbered with PP before the number.

We release both limited edition paper prints and limited edition canvas prints throughout the year. The canvas prints are physically larger prints than the paper versions, and are smaller edition sizes. Canvas prints can be stretched over stretcher bars to give the appearance of a real painting on canvas.

Both paper and canvas prints are made with Epson’s archival Ultrachrome inks and should be displayed away from sunlight to ensure longest print life.

ORIGINAL MIXED MEDIA CABINET CARD PAINTINGS

These pieces are original oil and acrylic paintings on antique cabinet card photographs that are approximately 110 - 140 years old. These paintings are archivally framed and matted under UV reflective Plexiglas together with a replica of the before image. New, original cabinet card paintings are released in the store section at artofalexgross.com just a few times per year.

Shipping is free in the continental United States, $50 to Canada and $65 to most other countries. Cabinet Card Paintings are shipped within the US by USPS or Fedex and internationally by DHL or USPS and are completely insured and trackable. Orders will ship within 1 week.
