The Transformations Limited Edition Book comes in a gold foil-stamped, clothbound slipcover case, and contains an original signed and numbered pen drawing on the title page. Each book also comes with a certificate of authenticity. This limited edition is limited to just 100 books. Each original drawing is very detailed and time consuming. Given how long these require, we will release just 50 books at this time.
Note: When ordering, you may request a specific character for the drawing on your book title page. Alex will do his best to grant most requests, but we cannot guarantee that you'll receive the character that you specify. He will not draw multiple characters. On each page, he "transforms" a vintage cabinet card photograph into a pop culture character, painting with oils and acrylics. Popular superheroes and villains, famous musicians, science fiction and fantasy characters, movie monsters, cartoons and many more all make appearances in this book. Each page shows the cabinet card before and after it was painted.
